Blood test results Unfortunately, I had to have bloodwork done on my child (2 years old). There was a case of cozsackievirus at his school and he had a rash on his arm (I know coxsacievirus is not on the arm but the school asked for a 7 day isolation or a PCR coxackievarus blood test). I choose to take his for the test as it is very difficult to take 5 days off from work. I took his for the test on Monday 20 February between 9am and 10am. After the test was done, I asked the sister what the turnaround time on the test is. She said I will have the results by Wednesday morning 22 February. This meant I must take off from work the Monday, Tuesday and I could go back to the Wednesday (This was already bad enough). Wednesday afternoon around 2:30 I started calling the labs to get the results as this started to worry me. All contact numbers on the web connected to Sunward Park Ampath responded with ‘this number does not exist’. I got hold of ‘head office’. First I spoke to a man how struggle about 30min to help me, after his help he said that it is pending. After speaking to him I spoke to 4 other people where not one was able to help me, one lady put the phone down while I was speaking to her. The last lady opened a ticket as she was also not able to help me. The lady placed on the ticket has called me Thursday 23 February 2023 to ask for my child’s ID number/DOB as well as mine. In conclusion I still do not have the results of the test. I am already doing the 7 days isolation because of Ampath’s negligent. The test was done by using my medical aid. I am unwilling to allow my medical aid to pay for the unresolved test results.
Guess East Rand Mall I bought a jean at Guess for my husband, I was not sure of the size so one of the Guess team member helped me with the size. Unfortunately the jean was too big for my husband. My caretaker trough the slip and the tag away but, I do have a VIP store card from Guess and I paid with the card so you can see on the system that I bought the jean by them. I wanted to exchange the jean for the same one just in another size. Firstly I was told that they where robbed and do not exchange because it could be a stolen item, although I paid with my store card, I explain that, that is impossible. After being accused of bringing a stolen item back I was told the jean cannot be exchanged because it was worn. Witch is not true. If it was worn they sold me a warn item. I was sent away by the store owner/manager. I truly felt bullied by the manager in the situation. I also bought a handbag from them, not sure of the price more or less R1700 (I do still have the slip). This is a luxurious item that I bought for myself for my 30 birthday. Obviously looking after it very well as it is very expensive. After I have only been using it for a month the sides is coming off at the top of the bad. This is clearly not good quality. I would appreciate it if I could exchange it, but clearly the the manager/owner will just be a big .... about it. What a horrible person!
I would like to say thank you to Tsapiso at Makro Carnival Liquor department. Absolute excellent support and service. He went completely out of his way to help me in the store with my shopping and helping me to the car after I payed. He was also very kind and generous. He made me feel very comfortable. I also need to add that I am pregnant and He saw that I was struggling in store. Thank you
I went into Continental Linen Carnival today to buy some carpets. As I got there it was very hot, I was wearing my mask and I was hyperventilating. And clearly pregnant. I went to sit on the bed for a few moments to catch my breath. I was also talking on the phone with a nurse as I got a fright. As I just sat down a lady rushed over to me and said. "You are not allowed to sit, its not for the costumers". Embarrassed I got up. This was totally uncalled for. And defiantly handled in a much better way. Unfortunately I googled and knew what I wanted and that you have it in stock, so I still bought the product. Wish I had the energy not to support the store!
What a discussing experience!!!!! Bad service!!!!!! And putting baby and my life at risk. I go to the only shop where I am able to get short meternity pants. With my body being different I need to see what will fit and what not. After picking out what I would like to fit. I see the changing rooms are closed. I ask for assistance as I do not what to come into the store again it is unsafe for my unborn baby and I. Obviously no one is willing to help me!!!!! After a struggle trying to see what will fit. I an so annoyed and stressed by the situation... I pay the goods and I am off. Got home nothing fits!!!!! Waste my time again. Pay parking again. Have to look into the sad, helpless staff at H&M east rand mall for the second time. And pay parking again for nothing!!!! Put our lives at risk for **** planning and services at H&M!!!!
Terable service!!!!!! What is the point of having a call center. Waiting 15min to talk to someone but they cannot assist!!!!!!! Leaving as soon as possible!!!!! **** bank!!!!!
