(Infinitum Pretoria East )Electricity deposit not refunded for more than 6 months.

I stay in Pretoria east and I paid a electricity deposit to a lady called Thandi and she keeps promising me that within 24 hours I will receive my money, its been more than 6 months now, she even blocked me. That company is the worst.
