I have complained about car track, they have called me but they are still not willing to resolve my issue, they keep asking me to pay, they are not interested in any of my concerns. they only called me after 2 months after my accident asking me where my car is? which car tracker asks a client where their car is?? clearly they are not doing their job. the person who contacted me said I have a warranty for 100 000 with car track, so that means I am covered, but she refused to let me know what is it that I am covered on, instead she is pestering me to pay.
my car was written off on an accident in October 2018, but Car Track refuses to cancel the contract, they continue to debit my account even after I had sent them an accident report and a letter from the bank as proof, yes I do understand that it is a contract, but under these circumstances, its beyond my control as there is no car to track. its not like I am cancelling for fun, I no longer have a car, so what is it that they are tracking. please help me Peter!!
I bought a car from this dealership in January 2018, I was assisted by Frans the sales man. he only gave me 1 key and agreed that I will get my spare key later. it has been 7 months already and I still don't have my spare key. I have been calling him and recently he is ignoring my calls. I am not getting any assistance from this guy its just one excuse after another.
