Hi there, I have been repeatedly stalked by agents calling me from this company about a Virgin Active account that ended 2 years ago. Repeatedly I have asked for some form of documentation to be sent to me so I can see the amount owed, who I will be paying etc. They insist that I have to make a payment arrangement over the phone - in what world does this make sense? Why would I agree to you debiting my account every month over the phone with no written communication? Also, they insist on calling me at work and not on my cell number - I do not care about the calls because I know my rights, however you are interfering with my colleagues and that is unacceptable. Please send me written correspondence on this and stop calling me at work.
