Ordered 12 canisters of Moly spray from Makro online and only 11 in the box. Logged the issue on their website (3 times) phoned (twice) and no response. Beware if you ever order from Makro online and you have any problem, they will just ignore you!
Don't open an account with these guys - they give you an online quote and then deduct whatever they want from your account. Then they deliver my parcel at the incorrect address - two weeks later and I still cannot sort this out! Every time I query, I get a 'Unique reference number' and then they disappear - and don't try to phone - that is where they put the most *********** staff

I wish I can give this company ZERO stars. Ordered and paid in April. It is now August and not a word. Queried more than once and then they simply reply that they have received my payment and it would take 30 days to received the order.
Worst internet service provider!!! They keep on sending me invoices from other clients. When I reply that they are sending me incorrect invoices they respond by suspending my service - leaving my business without email service. Then when I EVENTUALLY get the message through that there billing system is confused, they send me a bill for re-connection, and , of course, if I don't pay the bill for THEIR MISTAKE, they just suspend me again....I would give them ZERO stars if I could.
