Demeaning by Longrich SA
I joined Longrich SA on 30 May 2020 bought and paid a for a package and on 31 May 2020, I bought and paid for products. To my surprise, I was called by Vivian Mokome whom I registered through and added me to the WhattsApp "Team expansion leaders"on 30 May 2020. She called me and said I'm a fraudster because I submitted fraudulent proof of payment form Capitec bank because I paid on Saturday and Sunday and money hasn't shown on Sunday afternoon. I even opened my account on my app and took a photo of my transactions for the said payments but still that was not good enough. I was told I was not smart because I couldn't cover all the loop holes as she is an expect in dealing with fraudsters like me. On 01 June 2020 she removed me from the WhatsApp group. I went to my bank Capitec and they confirmed that the money was paid to their account and the proof of payment clear states that "Payments made AFTER 02:00 PM Monday to Friday, or AFTER 09:00 AM on a Saturday, or on a Sunday, or on a public holiday should reflect in the beneficiary account within 2 business (work) days." This was very demeaning to say the least from Longrich SA without even calling my bank and verify but chose to call me an armature fraudster because they are expects in dealing with such people. So disappointed in this brand and now I have to tell the people I have already introduced the product to that Longrich SA doesn't believe in anyone new but them as expects!

Medsafu Sport
I inquired and took the medical MEDSAFU- WESMART HEALTH because my son is playing rugby. They had Medsafu Sport and that is what I wanted but unfortunately I couldn't take it without taking the Medical Insurance Cover. Last year in October I was informed that Medsafu Sport they will no longer have it as from end of February 2018. I then asked what about my contributions because I haven’t used any benefits and I took the Medical Insurance Cover in order to have Medsafu Sport and up until today they haven’t responded and give me an answer. I want them to refund me all my contribution as I haven’t used any since it wasn't my call to terminate the sport insurance.
