SHOCKING SERVICE...WESMART CANT BE BOTHERED TO CALL BACK OR SEND INFORMATION AS REQUESTED.
Shocking Company I have been trying for a year to join this medical insurance and I am still waiting for promised call backs and application forms I requested - Oluwethu doesnt respond or answer emails - I was promised a call back from someone in managment - still waiting. I even contacted Sirago who is the underwriter - also no call back - clearly new clients are not important

R600 Claim money unpaid
This organization can't pay out a R600 claim which happened because they didn't answer their phones and my Wife had to pay from her own pocket. It's been 4 months and you still tell us that your Claims department is in contact with the Doctor you claim you mistakenly sent the money to, Horrible service we have to remind you everytime.

R600 Claim money unpaid
This organization can't pay out a R600 claim which happened because they didn't answer their phones and my Wife had to pay from her own pocket. It's been 4 months and you still tell us that your Claims department is in contact with the Doctor you claim you mistakenly sent the money to, Horrible service we have to remind you everytime.

Medsafu Sport
I inquired and took the medical MEDSAFU- WESMART HEALTH because my son is playing rugby. They had Medsafu Sport and that is what I wanted but unfortunately I couldn't take it without taking the Medical Insurance Cover. Last year in October I was informed that Medsafu Sport they will no longer have it as from end of February 2018. I then asked what about my contributions because I haven’t used any benefits and I took the Medical Insurance Cover in order to have Medsafu Sport and up until today they haven’t responded and give me an answer. I want them to refund me all my contribution as I haven’t used any since it wasn't my call to terminate the sport insurance.
