I have sent many emails with regard to an issue with my credit card account and all I get are generic answers with a promise that someone will call me within two days -THIS NEVER HAPPENS I HAVE NEVER HAD A CALL EVER FROM ANYONE AT ABSA CARD DIVISION!!!!!!
I wish to thank ABSA for resolving a very serious issue I was enduring - they have resolved it successfully and helped me and I am most grateful.
I have been a victim of ***** on my credit card with ABSA - It is now almost a month ago and I still havent had any resolutions or answers except their generic letters stating someone will get back to me in 2 days which has never happened. No one gives me answers to my queries. No one calls back and no one seems to be atttending to this . Time to move banks!
Mr Price love to register people on Credit Bureaus...their accounting staff rude and unhelpful - I was accused on missing 3 months payments which is totally untrue - I can prove I paid but they wouldnt listen
Absolutely shocking disgusting service...I used them before and they were great but this time was awful..I moved goods to a storage unit and they just threw things into the unit with no care for my goods and the packing looked like real amateurs did it just chaotic and not as I requested it at all and there is quite a lot of damage - its very clear there is deterioration in the care and service with people's possessions. I am devastated!
I went to Ballito Junction to have sensitive and personal documents shredded only to be told I must leave them all with them and when they had time they would be shredded --- this is utterly ridiculous = why would I want to shred them if they werent very personal and private!!!!! This is ridiculous!!! I then went to Salt Rock branch only to be told they dont do shredding! What bad service! Wont be using Postnet for anything again!
Shocking service from this lab...firstly didnt charge me as per the form, secondly did not send me regular statements, I had to keep asking for them, then they hand me over to a lawyer for non payment when in fact they have been paid..they accounting is incorrect. If there was a balance the onus was on them to contact me and advise which they never have. This is a disgusting way to treat an elderly patient and client.
Absa make promises they dont keep and their service is shocking! Everytime I go online I see that I qualify for a loan or increase on credit card - I app**** for an extra loan - after some time I got letters to say they are unable to open my attachments which are all in PDF - I sent everything I was told to. I sent them again twice and eventually received an email they were received. Never heard anything again...I then reapp**** and sent everything again....to date no response or call. Why offer something if they are not going to give it and no response is just plain rude and disrespectful to a long term client of ABSA - going into a branch is a night mare...very disappointed in their service or lack thereof. I found the staff to be unco-operative and didnt seem to know what they were talking about. This is a matter that should be handled by competent and efficient staff.
<div>Terrible service - these people have lost so much of my data - took weeks to restore however so much is missing and thousands of duplicates in my emails which I was assured by Gideon would be removed by them and now he has reneged on his promise. His excuse is that I am using an "illegal" Outlook which is an outright lie! I am so disapppointed in their bad service and I am left with an absolute mess in my emails and messages. All caused by VE staff!</div>
I called ABSA credit card support this morning to ask for the tapping facility to be removed from my credit card – I went through a long call asking security related questions and was then assured that the facility had been removed – I have just been to the stores and used the card only to find that the tap facility still works. I then called the credit card division again and was made to hold on so long that the phone cut off – I then called the complaints department and had no help there either and was transferred to a number that doesn’t exist…..shocking service !!!
