Debt collection - yr 2 yater
I received a telephone call regarding an overdue account back dated to 2023 with statement date 2025. Is the legal and legitimate? I have never received any invoice from FlowPath Labs equesting payment. Flowpath Lab - attorneys Venns??

Flow path - terrible experience
I’ve just had the most disappointing experience with flow path. My daughter was admitted through casualty in 2022 and they did not contact me to tell me that my medical aid had short paid. Now in 2024 they send me a lawyers letter demanding the balance of payment! They did not contact me , call or email … no communication at all. I have gap cover for these expenses however the claim needs to be submitted within 6 months of service date. Due to their negligence and lack of communication I have to now pay this account out of pocket not to mention my credit report will now be tarnished at no fault of mine. Deeply frustrated and disappointed ☹️

Flow path - terrible experience

Myself and a Family member have the same situation where flowpath got lawyers involved to collect for invoices that was over two years old with no communication from flowpath in the two years stating that we owe them any monies. This monies where paid to Flowpath but this is clearly a ploy from flowpath to claim on invoices that are 2 years old knowing people will not have proof of payment after such a long period of time. Clearly these are false claims. Flowpath has lost me and my family members as customers I will never support a company that thrives on *****ulent claims!

Flow path - Complaint
Hello. my wife went in for tests in 2022 and the bill was settled via a bank transfer. In April 2024 I received a SMS from Venn Attorneys to whom I was handed over to for no payment . SMS and email response with proof of payment sent to them had no response. I received a call from Venn's on Monday about the non payment claim. I resent the Proof of Payment, however I had to call them the following day and I received an apology from Venn's. to also confirm that the payment was received. They could not explain how this happened. This episode was very stressful as we are pensioners and caused major issues as the amount was R3480, which is excessive for us to find. Following some of the other complaints this seems to be common practice with Flow path. To date there has been no communication from Flow path. Thanks

FLOWPATH LAB SHOCKING SERVICE *********** !
Shocking service from this lab...firstly didnt charge me as per the form, secondly did not send me regular statements, I had to keep asking for them, then they hand me over to a lawyer for non payment when in fact they have been paid..they accounting is incorrect. If there was a balance the onus was on them to contact me and advise which they never have. This is a disgusting way to treat an elderly patient and client.

Every time I have to go and do blood you have to pay upfront but to get an invoice, is like asking for a tax refund from SARS. I honestly think they are running two sets of books because I can never get an invoice out of them without having 3 or more emails and phone calls. You have to ask why is this? Sure you get slack admin but I have been dealing with them for a year now, and enough is enough, no one can be this slack. But I see on your site all they have is terrible reviews for the same thing. Surely they should be embarrassed by now.
