Hello. my wife went in for tests in 2022 and the bill was settled via a bank transfer. In April 2024 I received a SMS from Venn Attorneys to whom I was handed over to for no payment . SMS and email response with proof of payment sent to them had no response. I received a call from Venn's on Monday about the non payment claim. I resent the Proof of Payment, however I had to call them the following day and I received an apology from Venn's. to also confirm that the payment was received. They could not explain how this happened. This episode was very stressful as we are pensioners and caused major issues as the amount was R3480, which is excessive for us to find. Following some of the other complaints this seems to be common practice with Flow path. To date there has been no communication from Flow path. Thanks
