I’ve just had the most disappointing experience with flow path. My daughter was admitted through casualty in 2022 and they did not contact me to tell me that my medical aid had short paid. Now in 2024 they send me a lawyers letter demanding the balance of payment! They did not contact me , call or email … no communication at all. I have gap cover for these expenses however the claim needs to be submitted within 6 months of service date. Due to their negligence and lack of communication I have to now pay this account out of pocket not to mention my credit report will now be tarnished at no fault of mine. Deeply frustrated and disappointed ☹️
