I placed an order and had to wait a month or two but they eventually apologized for backlog and sent it through. My daughter was extremely happy. Very good quality and will buy again. Good value for money.
One many occasions I have experienced awful service. I placed an order and cancelled five mins later due to an incorrect address and was fully charged for the order. They did not assist with cancelling and reordering and neither could they assist with correcting the address. On another occasion there was false advertising. I was suppose to receive and R100 coupon for a purchase over R300 and at the purchase page it showed but they charged the full amount on my bank card. I have trying to resolve on the help feature on the app but they do not respond. It has been a month and still awaiting help.
I’ve just had the most disappointing experience with flow path. My daughter was admitted through casualty in 2022 and they did not contact me to tell me that my medical aid had short paid. Now in 2024 they send me a lawyers letter demanding the balance of payment! They did not contact me , call or email … no communication at all. I have gap cover for these expenses however the claim needs to be submitted within 6 months of service date. Due to their negligence and lack of communication I have to now pay this account out of pocket not to mention my credit report will now be tarnished at no fault of mine. Deeply frustrated and disappointed ☹️
I wanted to order a bed in December. I called the company and asked if they had stock and would be able to deliver before the company closes. I was told to pay and then they will arrange everything. After payment I was told there was no stock and then I had to wait until Late January for the bed. I only received it on the 23 January and then the courier that they use TRITON EXPRESS was even more awful with delivery. The came at a time when I said I was not available after calling them twice beforehand. They leave the bed outside in my yard and leave. Now how was I going to carry this upstairs into my house, I don't know
I had the worst experience with this company. I had an order to be delivered, I called a few days beforehand to explain that I understand they cannot give me an exact time to deliver however if they could make it sometime before 12 or after 3. The driver arrived at 2 and called me when I was fetching my kids from school. I asked him to wait as I was 2 mins away. He left my bed outside my front door and left. How was I going to carry this bed to the upstairs of my home?!?!?!?

I moved from jhb to dbn, Dushkin the owner made so many promises and didn't keep any of them. Delivery was 3 days late ! Thank goodness I had a place to stay in the meantime with my kids. He sent a truck that was not roadworthied , the disk expired in 2010 and were stopped by the cops and almost got impounded im not sure how they got out of that. My stuff had been damaged. I paid 80% deposit and he only delivered half of my stuff and never sent the second half and further refuses to refund part of the money. Absolutely appalling service. I don't know how he sleeps at night knowing that he put my kids and myself in such a bad position.
