Dstv Now Black screen
Dstv Now showing black screen when trying to watch anything, for the past two weeks having this issue. And it looks like this issue just came with the upgrade because it looks like the new layout is very heavy on the APP. it's one of those upgrades which makes matters worse instead giving good navigation. This is just Horrible!!

R600 Claim money unpaid
This organization can't pay out a R600 claim which happened because they didn't answer their phones and my Wife had to pay from her own pocket. It's been 4 months and you still tell us that your Claims department is in contact with the Doctor you claim you mistakenly sent the money to, Horrible service we have to remind you everytime.

Slow Mobile Data Connection, LOW SIGNAL
Hello Peter<br> <br> MTN is really bad when it comes to network coverage in Pretoria Garankuwa, Mobile Network disconnects and always on EDGE connection when my Mobile devices uses 4G even when my Sim Card is LTE. Its a pity we cannot Port Contract numbers to other Mobile networks because we would have ported a long time ago.<br> <br> I Urge people not to go for the network company, especially people living in Garankuwa, Because you will spend the rest of your days crying over crapy network connection.
