Workmanship was disgusting considering everything that was quoted for. We did not receive the quality of work promised. His casual staff had long fingures and we had a lot of items stolen from our home. Would never recommend them. They lie and their promises are empty!
MILANA CONCEPTS IN DURBAN WERE ENGAGED TO CARRY OUT RENOVATIONS AT MY UNIT. I DEALT WITH A GENTLEMAN WHO CALLED HIMSELF TREVOR. THIS WAS THE MOST UNPLEASANT, FRUSTRATING ENRAGING AND WASTE OF MONEY EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND MILANA CONCEPTS TO ANYONE. ALSO IT IS MY OPINION THAT ALL THE PROJECTS SHOWN ON THEIR WEB PAGE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN CREATED BY THEM.
I, Margaret Doble have been dealing with Vodacom for about 8 years, am appalled by the work ethic received by Vodacom, Musgrave, Durban. An iPhone 6 was purchased from this branch 14 months ago and incorrect information was given about the insurance and I only found out on saturday the 11 of august when my phone was stolen. I went to vodacom to be told I had no insurance what so ever when I had signed the insurance forms 14 months ago. They told me (rudely) that there was nothing they could do as theres no sign of insurance on the computer. 14 months ago when I got the phone I had to do a sim swap to keep my number but the consaltant told us that the insurance will still apply to the iphone 6 which on saturday we found out was incorrect. I, not knowing, that the insurance would not be activated am now sitting with no phone due to the uninformative and misleading information of the consultant.
