Refund not received since November 2025
I have been waiting for my refund since November,they promised to pay by the 15th December until today nothing,my emails and evidence has been ignored, I only received two refunds and not the 3rd one. Nobuhle T. And Ofentse T. Both stopped responding

Capitec does not take people’s queries seriously
I have been in and out of capitec branch and calling their client services since Wednesday morning when I received an email of my account being on hold,I have submitted all the documents requested by hand to the branch and via email until today my case is still pending and when I track it it says “ will be assigned to an agent “, yet I have been given a different response, that my query will be resolved in 24 hours,then Saturday i was given 4 hours turn around,all I want is my money back.

Still to date no response from curative movers, business is standing at a stand still coz no delivery of fridges while the deposit was paid on the 13th

Most unreliable furniture ****mers, we have been waiting for 3 fridges for then to deliver since 11th December, each day is a different story, Mike has promises every day we call him but the trucks have not moved,deposit was paid, still nothing.
