They should have a disclaimer that says "Use our services at your own risk". Dates kept changing and the reason for the changing of date kept changing. They promise to call you back and they never do but only after you have paid deposit, prior to that they keep in touch. I dealt with Tinashe and Tino who kept disappearing when I call for an update and never return calls.

Still to date no response from curative movers, business is standing at a stand still coz no delivery of fridges while the deposit was paid on the 13th

Most unreliable furniture ****mers, we have been waiting for 3 fridges for then to deliver since 11th December, each day is a different story, Mike has promises every day we call him but the trucks have not moved,deposit was paid, still nothing.

My things were collected on 28 May 2023, today is the 28 June 2023 and I have still not received my things. I confirmed collection 8 May. On the morning of my collection I was told that they unable to deliver on the agreed date and they would be delayed to end of that week, I had no choice as I needed to be out my place that morning. So initial delivery was 31st moved to 3rd June.Every week since then I was promised the weekend, 4 weeks later and I'm still sleeping on the floor. I was called yesterday by the General Manager, Melanie, they cannot deliver, I need to make a plan to fetch my things, they will be deducting from the money I paid for the wrapping of goods. Nevermind the inconvenience I have experienced, I am disgusted at the arrogance of the GM, she had no remorse for the poor service or lack of service, she simply did not care that I had to now make a plan all the way in cpt whilst my things were in jhb. Melanie did not call once during my wait except the day I needed to make a plan to fetch my things which was supposed to have been leaving that morning. I have never in my life experienced such poor service and not willingness to even try and assist or have sympathy or apologize, nothing. It's unacceptable and inhumane to treat people as this company does. We cannot allow such businesses to survive, do urself a favor do me and the next person a favor, choose another service provider, pay the extra cash, it's simply not worth what I have been through please. I'm not even sure of the state I will receive my goods, let's hope and pray for the best as they will not give 2 ****s about replacing a damn thing.. and I read the reviews and seen the bad ones, thought it won't happen to me... and here I am. Since 8 May they could not secure enough loads for a share load from Jhb to cape town to this day. Makes you wonder.

PLEASE READ the bad reviews about Curative movers, don't think it is just that one "bad experience" and you can't keep everyone happy!!! They will **** you out of your last bit of savings. As soon as they receive your deposit for the move, you will not hear anything from them. My furniture was put in their storage facility (which I then received video's and photos of from a friend after it being stored for over 2 weeks) But the storage facility was based in an informal settlement, no real security, dirty, everything just thrown in on top of each other and mixed with other people's stuff... They keep making promises on when your furniture will leave JHB and arrive in CT, but I ended up paying for a guest house and later moved in to my house without any furniture, because I couldn't afford to stay in guest house anymore while I was still waiting for my furniture to arrive. They will not communicate with you, if they do, it's more and more lies, they will charge you for storage fees (even though they decided to keep your things in storage until they filled up their truck) and then EVENTUALLY when my things got delivered, I had things ****** from my tool boxes , broken glassware and wrecked furniture. I had to change arrangements at work to be at home for when they said they will arrive, then didn't arrive, but when they decided to arrive, refused to let me at least see the truck/furniture in the truck before I had to make the final payment. They said that if I don't pay he balance straight away (19:30 at night) the truck will go back to JHB with my things inside. So I basically paid R12 000 to a company that didn't deliver 1 single promise made in 2 weeks, and just had to hope for the best. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY!!! Spend the extra R2000 and get professional work done, on time, with clear communication and peace of mind.

I do not understand how and why these guys are still in business honestly. PLEASE STAY AWAY, its not worth the stress they took you through. Rather pay a lil' extra and get yourself a credible company. They will tell you your things will arrive in 2 days and charge you the lowest amount. However, both those are LIES. They took my things after promising to have delivered in Cape Town in 3 days and went and store them at their warehouse still looking for other clients. The 2 days past and my things were still at their storage but on the other hand they kept lying to me saying the stuff is at George and will be in Cape Town soon. The price also increases as they start charging you for other things. I had to pay R2k more for their packaging. Once they take your stuff and get your deposit they start ignoring your calls. Tinashe who was the sale person I dealt with went as far as blocking me when I was trying to get information from him regarding my things. The Manager also called and said my things were already on the way when they had my things at their storage all this time. Even failed to provide the truck tracking link after I asked several times. They obviously couldnt give me any since the stuff was still at their warehouse. I had to hire another truck to collect my things after getting their address. AND AT THE END THEY REFUSED TO TO REFUND ME MY FULL DEPOSIT ONLY HALF OF IT. Please kindly do yourself a favour and stay away from these guys. DO NOT BE DECEIVED by the few positive reviews. This is also my second review as they keep asking HelloPeter to delete it.

This company is not to be trusted . Do not use their services . Curative Movers / holdings the biggest ******* and **** artist around . My sons good were supposed to have nbeen delivered 2 weeks ago and everyday they give a different reason why it has not been delivered. Now he is demanding and extra R6000 extra and wants payment before his truck has arrived . This company needs to be put out of business .
