Please note that I will not be making any payment on this account.The router was delivered to me in Cape Town, but upon receiving it, I was informed that it was not compatible or simply did not work in my complex. As soon as I discovered this on the 23rd of April 2024 , I immediately contacted the sales representative who assisted me, Chulumanco Mgwangqa and told her about this and how disappointed I was that this was not told to me beforehand. Despite this communication, no action was taken by WebAfrica to collect the router, even though it was initially delivered to me. Subsequently, I was incorrectly debited R1,000 for this router—twice (September and October 2024). I reversed these debits and once again informed WebAfrica that I would not be paying for a device that I could not use and that they needed to arrange collection. Again, no action was taken although they (Nobuntu Mthembu to be specific) asked me for my address and I gave it to them and told her they can come collect anytime. Fast forward, I relocated to Johannesburg. On the 9th of January 2025 I made the effort to personally drop off the router at WebAfrica’s offices in Centurion. Given that the responsibility for collecting the router was WebAfrica’s and I went out of my way to return it at my own cost, I fail to see what I am being charged for.
In April 2024 when I moved to my new place I app**** for connection. Co consultant by the name Chulamanco Mgwangqa assited me. She however failed to check on whether webafrica operates in my area or not even though I gave her the address. Now the router was delivered only to find that t does not work at my apartment. My last email to her was me telling her that she only needed to verify which she failed to do. Nonetheless I went and got another supplier and continued with life. Now tell me why do I wake up today with R999.00 debited from my account. I reversed it. I am not going to pay for an error that was done by you guys. If you want your router please come get it but dnt try and **** me for something thats not even working here in my house.
FNB can you please tell me when exactly you are planning on closing the FIRSTRAND BANK LTD - FNB FUSION account that I paid off and closed MANY MANY MANY months ago but it it still indicated as open on my credit status? This is account goes as far back as 2010. I have written many reviews on here asking that this is closed but I am clearly not loud enough.
Bonitas where is my refund? I have been waiting for my refund since May started. I sent through my documents in February already for a refund that is was due on the 1st of May. Its 5 days later and I still don't have my refund. Please pay my refund.

I am unfortunately coming on here because I have tried to resolve this issue with TakeAlot for over 2 weeks now and they have now gone to ignore my emails. I sent my Airpods which had stopped working to be replaced. I was instructed to drop these off at the TygerValley TakeAlot centre. I did this and waited and waited. No other form of communication came through till I decided to check why I wasn't getting any feedback only to find that they rejected the replacement request because I didnt include the charging cable. I sent an email to say I wasn't told this and they said they are in the process of sending my Airpods back to me so I can put in a new request and include the charging cable. This was on the 15th of September. And then there has been silence since. I have sent emails on the 19th as well as the 25th asking when they will be sending my Airpods back to me and these were not responded to till now. Really disappointed and inconvenienced TakeALot please resolve this issue urgently.
I was literally here last month writing about the same thing. FNB called and I spent 30 minutes of my time speaking to the consultant who promised to sort this out but here we are AGAIN. FNB please remove this arrears arrangement because its been three months that I have paid off this arrangement on my personal loan but you keep debiting me. But every month you keep trying to take my money for this arrangement that I have been calling each and every month for the past three months to please cancel. Each time, I'm told its canceled when its not. I obviously do not have money for this planned and now it looks like I cannot pay my debit orders! YOU ARE MESSIING UP with my credit score!
