4 weeks ago I took my car to Mercedes benz Century city, none of the issues I had requested to be checked were done but only a service which I paid R7k. i was first promised to be sent a quote and after waiting 3 weeks I went back and spoke to the manager, I left my car there for a week and this time I had to pay R9k but the matter was still not resolved. I went back and I was told to call back for a test drive but when I called I was advised that my service person would call me back but they never did.
Finally received a call back from Vodacom thanks to Hollopeter, even after the call Vodacom ended up sending me to an ISP I don't have a contract with. They just refuse to take accountability for their error, I'm now stuck with a fiber line with a speed I never asked for worse they sent me a bill of R2348.11 for a R599 fiber line with no breakdown to show how they got there. I regret ever subscribing to this ***** of a company.
Subscribed for 100mb fiber line but Vodacom installed a 50mb line, called to query but was advised that they made an error but would cost me an additional amount to fix. When I requested for a cancellation, they also told me that I would have to pay an early cancellation fee. I then requested to speak to a manager and was advised a manager would call me back, it's been a week no phone call.
They should have a disclaimer that says "Use our services at your own risk". Dates kept changing and the reason for the changing of date kept changing. They promise to call you back and they never do but only after you have paid deposit, prior to that they keep in touch. I dealt with Tinashe and Tino who kept disappearing when I call for an update and never return calls.
Signed up for WebAfrica fiber without a router, it got installed on the 1st March and by the 2nd I was sent a bill of R729 whereas on their ad the first month is supposed to be R19. WebAfrica charged me for a router (R249) delivery that I never received nor asked for, then also added some other charges they can't explain, their customer care agents fail to explain the charges and unfortunately one can only contact them via WhatsApp which isn't helpful in this situation. Warning, do not take their packages because they'll rob you and offer no explanation!!!! So disappointed I'm cancelling my service with them!

I got a settlement letter from FNB and made payment but I'm struggling to get a paid up letter. The agent I spoke to (Thulani Simelani) after he couldn't help me refused to transfer me to a supervisor or manager claiming that they were all not around. I'm very disappointed that after I've paid the monies I owed FNB now they treating me like this when they had originally promised to have my ITC record updated or at least forward me a paid up letter so that I can do this myself!!!
Good day, Please help me I’m being defrauded by my bank (ABSA) and when I log a complaint through their dispute resolution I get ignored… Absa keeps making illegal charges every month from my account and when I queried I was advised to forward my query to ********** but they never respond and it’s been more than a month now I've also sent mails to the following with no luck nor response: ********** ********** ********** ********** ********** **********
I had the worst banking experience ever yesterday, I've been trying to get Avis to release money that was held for hiring a vehicle since Monday. They mailed absa and was advised to ask me to contact absa myself, I did yesterday and spoke to several premium banking consultants who kept sending me from pillar to post and there was one who promised to call me back and didn't. I called later to speak to a manager after one of the consultant refused to assist me claiming that my account is now locked because I wasn't the owner of my account. The manager was also as useless, I want to cancel my account with your bank...! Kind regards M. M. Njokweni
