Poor service – there is no proper communication to notify the customer before the end of the contract.
To close my Mr Price account I went to Mr Price Cradlestone Mall. I've settled the account. The courteous woman at the desk advised me to get in touch with the accounts department after 24 hours, which is exactly what I did. After 10 minutes of waiting, I was helped by a haughty woman who said that my account was not closed and that I needed to be transferred to the sim card devision to cancel the card. After that, I was sent back to the accounts department, where they would verify whether the account was closed. I never got through to the section handling the SIM cards because the call was disconnected after 20 minutes of waiting. What pathetic service just to close an account.
I attempted to transfer money from my Capitec account to my Discovery bank account, how ever my deposit was returned to my Capitec account after three days. I was instructed to settle the account which was locked because I was unable to submit my evidence of residency; I have emailed the documentation, but I have received no assistance. I just want to settle and delete the account because the interest and balance are increasing each month by R65.

When I started an account last year, I had trouble uploading my proof of address. As a result, I was charged for both account and vitality fees, and my account was frozen. If you wish to move banks, give it some thought. I was informed that before I can shut the account, I must pay off all outstanding debt, yet I haven't even enjoyed using it.

Pathetic service and no stock - drone does not work and the battery does not charge - second battery still out of stock - but they are eager to debit your account but cant even supply customer service or stock. Do not try and phone them as you will waste your airtime for more than 10minutes
FNB Business banking is poor - call to re-register OTP details - holding on for 60min just to find out the delay in call is pathetic - when the operator answers the call is cut off - pathetic service - now FNB can call me - Thank you
