I have nothing but disappointment in MTN for completely messing up my accounts, due to no fault of mine, but I, the poor an on the street must pay the price for the *********** staff working at MTN outlets, especially the Staff at MTN Castle Gate Pretoria. I am paying for services not rendered, I don't even have the Router inmy****esion, but yet MTN Accounts Dep is more than happy just to deduct from my account every month. If anyone at MTN DARE TO CARE about their Customers then he or she will contact me to explain what the hell exactly happens to my account managed by MTN since 03 March 2024 to date. I challenge MTN. I am tired of hearing these words from your staff at MTN Shops" WE dont know what happened Sir, but we will log a call via email". So GATVOL OF MTN at thus stage Best ISP of the Year's Ass as far as I am concerned. Having this company Easy Gates and Automation do the installations of my 2 Single Sectional Automated Garage Doors and Swing Gate Automation was and still is the WORST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE. First, the installer installed the tracks of the both Garage doors upside down. I mistake I as the client picked up after watching a YouTube Video on "How to install Sectional Garage Doors. Secondly, the installer burnt out the Controller Box on the Swing Gate Automation after wrongfully installing the MagLock. Thirdly, all the remotes continously don't work with the garage doors and swing gates as originally programmed. Fourthly, bad workmanship was noticed by me regarding the welding that holds one of the swing gate automated arms, busy ripping lose. I have most probably called and complaint to Easy Gates and Automation a myriad of times. Every time they send out a Repair Guy for a Brand New Installation (Yes, my installation has become a repair, overnight) and after he leaves the same problems occur. This all happened from the time of installation 14 July 2018 to date 13 August 2018. My advice, stay away from this company, unless you like stress and a whole lot of frustration.
