Payfast Taking away from Charity event.
Still waiting on Payfast to verify my account. Since 3 April 2025 without any success. The Charity event is happening next week and still can't do a payout of the funds paid into Payfast. This is just horrible service and taking money from a Charity is just shocking. How do you sleepnat night?

Payfast...Paynothingback
Created an Merchant Profile on Payfast. Have been struggeling to get my payout activated since 5 April 2025 with them. They keep on saying someone will response shortly...more like never. I removed payfast as a payment option from all my orders. Might never get that money from them.

Ordered Canvas Book Bags on 3 January 2025, Received invoice 6 January 2025 send proof of payment 9th January 2025....reply will send when payment cleared....No communication back. On the 13 January send and email about my order, 14th another email. Then send a whatsapp 15 January 2025...reply " Het gesien daar was tweeting ek dink op die stelsel, laat ek net gou kyk, ek laat weet jou nou nou..." Well no reply afterwards. School started and my daughter still don't have her bags as needed. Worst communication

What a horrible group. Cancelled my membership on 9th January 2024 12:05 via Customer Service. Just to see debit orders still going off. Mailed them no reply. Send a message via Facebook saying listen you still debit money even more than my normal subscription. Lady phoned me she can't see my cancelation. I send them a screen shot of my phone bill with time I phoned (because in beginning they always say this call is recorded) now it's not recorded. They will cancel it now again and i need to pay. Horrible horrible service. Easy to sign up but can't Cancel!!!

Hlope farming not trutsworthy
We bought R3249 eggs from them on 28th September 2023. Never got it. But had to make eft payment before they will deliver. Tried messaging with excuses send emails. But only reply "still checking". Did report to Agriculture without any reply.

No Client Service
Im so frustrated at this point. I did Order on 28th February 2023 products from them. Still no delivery. Made numerous contact with them without any successful outcome. They did send a waybill code: which is non functional. Made them aware but no one replies. No client wants to wait a month for a product and still have to keep on asking the supplier where products are. At this point I wonder if they are even legit or scamming people Worst service and communication.

Jacques and Martie van der Westhuizen from Mosselbay say they make wooden furniture. But they only takes your deposits and never gives product.
