-10 stars if I could. Placed my order July 2023 and still waiting. I keep getting the excuse they are waiting for the suppliers. More than six months....impossible!! Just plain BS. If it wasn't for other reviews I could classify this website as a ****
I placed an order on the 18th of July, it’s almost six months now and still get told that they are waiting for suppliers. There is no way that any supplier can take six months to make and supply items!! Very poor service from Craftivating.
(The order is unfortunately delayed due to some unforeseen delays with international shipments and customs. We are working with our external supplier to get the backlog sorted out and get shipments fast-tracked. We do apologize for the delay and we are working hard to get this sorted.) That was the reply a month after I placed my order. After a further 2 months, still nothing. I am speechless :(
They are quick to accept your money, then they tell you, they don't have stock anymore, then they tell you they will give you a refund, then nothing. It can only be a scam as what company never answers their phones or emails. Wish I was in Jhb so I can go to their address and see if they actually exist......
Homechoice has become a huge scam. They are quick to take your money but then their service becomes non existing. I paid just over R10 000 for bedding and about R1100 for shipping. The website says 5 - 10 days, their facebook page says 7 to 14 days and by email they say 2 - 4 weeks for delivery. They give out tracking numbers with no way of tracking (no reply from their tracking email). Their facebook page people just keep promising to phone me back, nothing. On top of that they say the order has been shipped but the website says my order hasn't even been processed yet (2 weeks after paying). WHO must I believe???
What a disappointment, The company came highly recommended. The first month everything went well. Our accounting, SARS setup etc was up to date and they were very helpful. Then the downhill spiral started. It was like pulling teeth to get anything done. The excuse...spotty internet and cell service. In this day and age I am sorry but that excuse just doesn't make sense. But when it comes time to invoice us, the internet is working just fine. Four months later. Our accounting is a mess, we are behind in our SARS payments etc etc. All I get is empty promises "I will do it right now". Empty promises and spotty internet service is not good enough an excuse for bad service.
Just a follow up on my last review. I finally received the paperwork. I went through all the effort and expense to have copies are copies made and certified etc. I took them through to the courts to only be told that 1) The documents are a couple of years out of date and no longer valid. 2) Because of companies like this the divorce courts will no longer accept direct divorce filings. You have to go through a Lawyer. If you can't afford one go to Legal Aid, they will be more than willing to help. PLEASE BE WARNED!!
It's been 6 weeks since I paid and I have yet to receive any action from eDivorce. I paid 30 November, they emailed me on 10 December saying they are reviewing the documents and will forward them to me asap. Since then..nothing. They don't answer emails and no answer when I phone. Going through a divorce is bad enough and then not get what I need and paid for, even worse. I am going to end up on the street with no income.......
