Dear Koegelenberg Attorneys and Mr. Johan De Bod, I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing in response to your letter dated 19 November 2024, regarding the statements made in my Hello Peter post and email correspondence concerning Koegelenberg Attorneys and Mr. Johan De Bod. Upon reflection, I realize that some of the statements I made may have been unfounded or misinterpreted, leading to reputational harm. I deeply regret any distress or damage caused to your professional reputation as a result of my comments. I would like to clarify that it was never my intention to defame or question the competence and professionalism of Koegelenberg Attorneys or any individuals within your firm. My statements were borne out of frustration and misunderstanding regarding the process of rescinding the judgment, rather than a factual assessment of your services or capabilities. To address the matter and demonstrate good faith, I will: 1. Remove the Hello Peter post immediately to prevent further harm. 2. Issue a formal retraction and apology on the same platforms where the original statements were made, including Hello Peter and my correspondence with the trustees of Protea Pines HOA and your firm. I understand the gravity of this situation and will ensure that my retraction acknowledges the inaccuracies in my previous statements. Specifically, I will make it clear that Koegelenberg Attorneys acted within their mandate and that the responsibility for rescinding the judgment lies beyond your authority without instruction from Protea Pines HOA. I hope that this sincere apology and corrective action will resolve this matter amicably and restore mutual respect. Thank you for bringing this to my attention, and please let me know if there are any further steps I can take to resolve this matter. Sincerely, Martin Jacobus Koopman
Dear reader, I am deeply aggrieved by the unprofessional conduct and lack of customer service demonstrated by Koegelenberg Attorneys in handling my matter. Despite providing all the required documentation and evidence to their office, the judgment they brought against me has not been rescinded, even though the matter was handed back to Protea Pines Homeowners Association (HOA). The HOA issued a paid-up letter confirming the settlement of the account. However, Koegelenberg Attorneys insist that I must engage my own attorney to have the judgment rescinded, despite this being their responsibility as the firm that initially brought the judgment against me. This demonstrates not only a lack of due diligence but also a disregard for the inconvenience and financial burden placed on clients. To make matters worse, it appears that a junior attorney at the firm made an arbitrary decision not to rescind the judgment, despite having all the necessary evidence at their disposal. This reflects a lack of thorough investigation and a failure to prioritize customer service. I have comp**** with every requirement, sending all documentary evidence requested. Yet, Koegelenberg Attorneys continue to shift the burden of resolving their oversight onto me. This is unacceptable. I urge Koegelenberg Attorneys to take accountability for their actions, immediately rescind the judgment, and resolve this matter without further delay or inconvenience to me. I hope this complaint serves as a reminder of the importance of professionalism, diligence, and respect for clients. Aggrieved, Martin Jacobus Koopman
I have made a deposit into my old mutual money account on the 4th of July from my Capitec acc. 2 weeks later, when I followed up, there was no money to be found. My account was closed in May. The money now lays in a Standard bank account. Account. no. 71221220. I need help, desperately.
I visited a family member at Intercare Tyger Valley today. I was shocked by what I saw. Bad bedding. And that is informed me on the overall service. My suspicion was confirmed. Great location, building, lobby. But the people that are paying for it sleeps under washed out overused bedding. Pathetic. We should have stayed at Panorama hospital.
