Was a pleasure dealing with you guys, regarding my complaint as well as my delivery
Please be advised that we have paid for an order, and it has been three weeks without receiving any parcel from PostNet. We contacted you this morning and have yet to receive any communication. We request a refund, as our efforts to retrieve the parcel have been fruitless, and we have a client awaiting this order. Additionally, there has been no response to any of our emails. Please advise.
I have been calling their office in Cape Town , no one picks up their phone, the Regional Manager is on leave , the mail is not even forwarded to someone else , you call the JHB Office and they not getting any respond , Please advise how can you run a business like this ?????????????????????????????
