Happy Customer
Received excellent service from Frank. Garden design that he did for us, was more than we expected. He has a wide knowledge of plants and is keen to share it. Will definitely use him again in future.

GOOD AFTERCARE
I had problems with the delivery of goods, but Crystal eventually did her utmost to solve the problem. It restored my trust in them and I already placed a new order.

Utterly bad service
Very bad experience with my first order. I ordered a Gardena hosepipe to the value of R1 200 on 17 September 2020. I received a waybill from Wing Dawn couriers and when I followed up with them, I was advised that the waybill has been cancelled as they did not receive the goods from Ecodepot. The status of the order on my Ecodepot account, shows order fulfilled. I phoned Ecodepot but one can only leave a message for them to phone you back. Nobody called me and I received no reply on my emails. If I could, I would give no stars at all. Not sure if I will ever get my goods. Will definitely not order from them again.
