We had Chez from Suntech supply and fit our company windows with tinting film during June and again in July 2018. Due to a misunderstanding from our side, we overpaid Chez with the second invoice but have been struggling to get the refund ever since. That after we had to wait almost a month to complete the work on the second invoice. We have been trying to get hold of Chez for the second job but every time he had personal excuses. When he did finally arrive to do the job the final logo prints where wrong and he promised to return that same week to fix. That was more than a month ago and now he disappeared from the face of the earth. Up to date, the final work has not been completed. We have been trying to get in touch but without joy. With promises of a guarantee on workmanship and a 10-year warranty on the film used, we were comfortable to have him do the job. We are now having problems with one window that shows bubbles and never cured despite Chez assuring us that any small imperfections will settle in time and hotter weather. Extremely poor service from Chez and obviously no intention to honor his so-called guaranteed workmanship.
