Suntech - signage you can trust.
I am Vaughan, a signage and printing broker. My business is Infinite Signs. Two weeks ago, I was in a tight spot with a job that I quoted for and already received the deposit. My tinting applicator could not help me, and I needed to secure a reliable applicator to get the job done on time. I was referred to Chez from Suntech. What a pleasure to deal with him. He was very helpful and accommodating. Within an hour or two after contacting him we had everything sorted out. The Suntech guys are super professional and did a fantastic job. They will definitely be my go-to guys for jobs like that. Highly recommended! Thanx Chez and the Suntech Team

Very Poor Service
We had Chez from Suntech supply and fit our company windows with tinting film during June and again in July 2018. Due to a misunderstanding from our side, we overpaid Chez with the second invoice but have been struggling to get the refund ever since. That after we had to wait almost a month to complete the work on the second invoice. We have been trying to get hold of Chez for the second job but every time he had personal excuses. When he did finally arrive to do the job the final logo prints where wrong and he promised to return that same week to fix. That was more than a month ago and now he disappeared from the face of the earth. Up to date, the final work has not been completed. We have been trying to get in touch but without joy. With promises of a guarantee on workmanship and a 10-year warranty on the film used, we were comfortable to have him do the job. We are now having problems with one window that shows bubbles and never cured despite Chez assuring us that any small imperfections will settle in time and hotter weather. Extremely poor service from Chez and obviously no intention to honor his so-called guaranteed workmanship.

POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE
We had Chez Convalle from Suntech supply and fit window tinting film to windows and a glass kitchen door in May 2017. With promises of a guarantee on workmanship and on the film used, we were comfortable to have him continue with the job. He indicated to us that the film will need time to cure and that any small imperfections will basically sort themselves out in the curing time. He assured us that should there be any issues he will gladly come and replace any film which may not be resolved in the curing process/time. A while after the fitment of the door tint we noticed that there are 2 areas which looks like the old film was not properly removed and had left unsightly imperfections. We have been trying to get Chez to come and replace this film for almost a year now but everytime he has poor excuses and made several empty promises to come fix his mess. We have all the whatsapp and email proof of these run around empty promises and lies. Extremely poor service from this company and obviously no intention to honour his so called guaranteed workmanship.
