Elton Housing / Ewendy Construction is a fraud
Only giving 1 star as 0 stars is not an option. This guy is a fraud. Het takes deposits and never does the job. Been promising to refund my deposit since last year but is no longer responding to emails, phone calls, whatsapps and messages. Please be warned. Elton will disappear with your hard earned cash.

Placidos Builders - Unethical contractor
Only selected 1 star as no stars is not an option. This builder is dishonest and provides extremely poor workmanship. As soon as he has his money, he refuses to fix all the defects. Paving was done and the incorrect sand was used in the cement mix (which I might add had far too little cement in) this now resulted in the cement crumbling away and paving shifting. He built a boma for me and all the walls are skew. He plastered it extremely thin and also used the incorrect sand for this. HE told me that he used the incorrect sand. The result is that all the plaster is also crumbling away. He then still has the audacity to used photos taken on MY property on his company web site. I did not approve that he can do so and he refuses to take the photos off..... legal action will betaken to force him to remove it. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE USE OFF THIS SO_CALLED BUILDER. Contact me if you want to see photos of all that is wrong.

POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE
We had Chez Convalle from Suntech supply and fit window tinting film to windows and a glass kitchen door in May 2017. With promises of a guarantee on workmanship and on the film used, we were comfortable to have him continue with the job. He indicated to us that the film will need time to cure and that any small imperfections will basically sort themselves out in the curing time. He assured us that should there be any issues he will gladly come and replace any film which may not be resolved in the curing process/time. A while after the fitment of the door tint we noticed that there are 2 areas which looks like the old film was not properly removed and had left unsightly imperfections. We have been trying to get Chez to come and replace this film for almost a year now but everytime he has poor excuses and made several empty promises to come fix his mess. We have all the whatsapp and email proof of these run around empty promises and lies. Extremely poor service from this company and obviously no intention to honour his so called guaranteed workmanship.
