I am Vaughan, a signage and printing broker. My business is Infinite Signs. Two weeks ago, I was in a tight spot with a job that I quoted for and already received the deposit. My tinting applicator could not help me, and I needed to secure a reliable applicator to get the job done on time. I was referred to Chez from Suntech. What a pleasure to deal with him. He was very helpful and accommodating. Within an hour or two after contacting him we had everything sorted out. The Suntech guys are super professional and did a fantastic job. I would like to give 5 stars to two of the technicians from GSW in Cape Town. Chris and Michael both helped me instantly in a very professional but friendly way. Chris gave me advise that saved me from spending unnecessary money on something that would not have worked anyway. After that I still had a technical problem (all my own fault) which Michael sorted out in less than a minute. These guys are Superstars and GSW is lucky to have them. I am a pensioner with a home-based printing business, which is my only income. My business came to a standstill last week Thursday, but between these two guys and my IT-guy, Louis from IT Supply Africa I can now work again. Thanx guys, much appreciated.
My best friend for 51 years, also named Ben was in Strand for a short business trip. He asked me to get a nice restaurant where we and our wives could have a nice meal. I Googled and Ben's on the Beach immediately caught my eye. I was impressed with the good reviews and made the booking for Friday 21 Feb. The complete experience was way beyond our expectation. A very nice restaurant with a sea view, on Beach Road. Our waiter was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the food on the menu and the specials. The ambiance was perfect with soft background music. Ben's wife and I ordered the Tuscan Pork Belly, my wife had the Seafood Casserole and Ben had the slow cooked Tongue. Everything was scrumptious and beyond. We will surely go back to Ben's on the Beach and we all highly recommend it.
I have been using IPS products now for about 6 months and they are really top quality. I have re-ordered and also placed an order using my vouchers. I appreciate their courtesy calls and their service is friendly and sharp. IPS is highly recommended.
I have a Hisense Infinity H30 cellphone on contract at MTN. This is my 2nd Hisense phone and I quite like the phone, but this will surely be my last Hisense phone. I gave them 2 stars just because the phone is nice, but for after sale service they get just 1 star. About 3 months ago the screen started becoming unresponsive a few times a day. It got worse and worse and at the moment the screen is so unresponsive that I can hardly use the phone. My MTN consultant referred me to the Hisense depot/service in Milnerton, with a proof of my contract. I went there on 24 Aug and the guy in the depot told me that he has to order the screen from JHB and it will be there on Thursday 27 Aug or Friday 28 Aug at the latest, and he will call me to bring my phone. Replacing it takes just 20 min. He never called me. When I called him, he said it will be there Wednesday 2 Sept. He still did not call me. I tried to call the depot numerous times (±30 times up till now) but they never answer the phone. When I complained (twice), on their Facebook page about the bad service, a rep phoned me on 10 Sept and said that he will sort it all out. He promised me that the screen will be in CT on Tuesday 15 Sept and he will call me. To date nothing has happened, nobody called me. The Milnerton depot still do not answer their phone and the rep has disappeared into thin air. When I phone him I get no response and can not even leave a message. BAD SERVICE HISENSE, BAD SERVICE !!!

The owners of PrintQ is Hein and Marisa Mouton. In 9 years they have never failed me. They, including their staff go out of their way to help and accommodate me in order to always supply my clients with quality printing, on time. In the last month before the lockdown, they have been particularly helpful. I had quite a few rush-jobs and they came through for me, every time. Whenever I speak to other people in the printing business about PrintQ, the comments on their service and quality is always positive. Hein, Marisa, Gerna, Cathleen, Jacques, Deon and the rest of the staff are more than just business partners, they are friends. <p>On Wednesday 2 Nov i phoned the ********** 089 number to report a water leak at the meter. I was given a Service Request number, ********** 595 and told that the problem will be solved within 24 hrs. By Saturday 5 Nov the water was still leaking because it was not attended too. I phoned again and was told that they will log it as URGENT and it will be solved within 24 hrs. Tuesday 8 Nov I phoned again and again I was told that it will be logged as URGENT and a plumber will be there before 15h00. Still nothing happened and I phoned again at 18h00 and was told that a plumber will be there before 21h00. Still no service. Wednesday 9 Nov I phoned twice and was told that they have now allocated the job to a certain plumber and the leak will be fixed within the next hour or two. Still nothing happened. It is now 8 days since I reported the leak and still City of Cape Town Municipality failed to fix it. This is beyond bad service!!! In a time when we suffer a water shortage, this is unacceptable. They obviously just don't care, are totally incompetent and unable to do the the job and supply the service they are suppose to do. So, who must now pay for all the water that leaked since I reported it 8 days ago??</p>
