The service was truly amazing, from when I logged the dispute, they kept me informed, stuck to the timelines, and the update on my credit profile was done in less than 24 hrs from the final decision.
I exited the scheme on the 30th of April 2019 after my resigning from work.I had two(2) outstanding claims at the time of my resignation. First claim was from the 22nd of April 2019 discharged 26th April 2019 and the second was a Chiropractors claim on the 29th of April 2019.On the 3rd of May 2019 received a call from both the Hospital and the Chiropractor advising that both claims were rejected by the scheme due to suspension of membership. I then called the scheme to understand why the claims were unpaid.I was advised by a scheme representative that it was an error on their side as the claims were received in May which fell outside our cover period and that error will be fixed and both claims will be settled.The scheme paid the hospital and not the Chiropractor due to an error which was said to be theirs and fixed as per our last telecom.
these people debit my account every month R59.00, but i dont know who they are, their website or phone is not working. these are crooks, and i dont know how to stop it
