MESSPACK SOLAR will **** and blame their team or partners
In April 2022, Messpack Solar installed a solar system for me, the service was great. However, in May 2022, the Lithium Battery started giving me problems; they came and sorted the issue out but it still continued until they suggested I change to the Gel Batteries, which I agreed. I had to pay about R2000 for the replacement of the batteries. Eight to ten months after the replacement of the batteries, the GEL Batteries started giving me problems. I reported the issue but the guys did not come to help; I reported the matter via the company's facebook page, my comment was deleted. The batteries got worse and I kept on reporting to the team that did the installation; one day (in Nov 2023, after months of complaining) they came and told me the battery needs replacement with a lithium battery, I should pay R12 000 for a new battery since even their service was not great towards me. I transferred the money to they guys (one of the team members, whom i thought owned the company) gave me the account to deposit the money. Firstly, they said there was no stock, therefore they could not come the next day and this became their line for sometime until one of them said there is stock but does not know why the other guy is not buying the battery. Since I made the payment on 12 November, the battery has not been delivered. Last week, my wife posted a comment on the company Facebook page, her comment was deleted but a lady who introduced herself as the owner of Messpack Solar called me to understand what happened. I explained to her but she said she cannot help me because i was not dealing with Messpack because the guy who gave me the banking details does not work with her, only the other guy works with her. But I only got to know about it now, all along I have been dealing with the guys as Messpack; I didn't even know the lady who called me. All the paperwork I have for the solar system is from Messpack but today i am no longer their client because there is a problem. I was told about the guarantee but none of the guarantees were honored when the batteries stopped working. Messpack Solar will disown you as their client, delete your comments when you complain and blame each other or **** you.

Cell C Bullying Tactics for their faults!!!!
I requested a limit to be loaded on my data contract but Cell C did not load and the account ballooned. Cell C wants me to pay for what they caused as they didn't load a limit on my contract. I have requested that the matter be escalated to the supervisor but the team does not give me the details of their supervisor or manager. Every month Cell C debits my account but i keep on reversing the debit and this is bullying from Cell C. i currently have four contracts with Cell C and i have never experienced this bullying since my first contract with Cell C. Please sort this out as it is affecting my credit score!!!!!
