Account billing issues from day 1. Over a year of being a client and billing is still an issue. For a simple task such as changing a debit order date you will experience nothing but havoc in a form of getting double debited and being debited on incorrect dates. I have stopped referring people to ADT purely because of my horrible experience with their accounts team. While trying to sort out one issue, I got another incorrect debit order today.
Bad experience with this product, twice, even after following instructions to the T! I would not recommend. Use at own risk because the company won't take accountability or sympathise with you.
