Telkom service is beyond pathetic!
The service provided by Telkom is pathetic. Your agents have no knowledge of your products. A request was sent for the wifi line to be moved to a different location. The call was logged on the 09/10/2020. To date, nothing has happened. Contacted your call centre and spoke to Mckyla Moonsamy, Meryl Perumal (supposed to call me back and did not), Nompomelo (dropped the call on me) and Lemeal Tiyo (advised the call has been cancelled and a new call to be logged) Your team leaders are never available nor are your managers. Each time you speak to an agent, they always advise the call has been escalated. The account being debited but no wifi!! Please fix this asap!!!! And train your agents to know about your product and systems!

4 Cities Furniture Removals, the most dissatisfactory service. Incompetent and highly NOT recommendable. Their service delivery is pathetic. They damage your goods, actually LEAVE YOUR GOODS TO STAND IN THE RAIN. They are never on time, late collection, late delivery. What a terrible business to deal with. They are surely not paying for the damages!!!!!

Telkom - 10/10 for incompetency
Telkom has no customer ethics. I will give you 10/10 for incompetency. My husband has paid his bill and you go ahead and debit another bill from him. Upgrade your systems because there is surely something wrong with your systems. After numerous calls and false promises, to date, nothing has happened. We have even requested a call back from Management but that has not happened. I get an automated response from your team, that does not resolve my query!! My first ref is AI ********** .

Incompetency - Telkom mobile
Telkom mobile is incompetent. The staff at their call centre are inexperienced and their level of professionalism is pathetic. They have no idea what to do and there is no first time resolution to a query. They promise a specific turnaround time and cannot deliver. This is definitely not customer focus!! They have debited money from my husband’s account and promised to reimburse him within 72 hrs. To date, this has not happened. They do not even provide interim feedback on a query, they expect you to call them to enquire on the progress of your query.
