I placed an order with them on Wednesday the 5th of September and on my chart there was a count down that said "order in the next 3 hours and receive your item tomorrow". So I checked out instantly and made an immediate payment FNB to FNB. This was 12:30pm. It is now the 7th And I've heard nothing about my order yet. They have no number or email that you can contact them on! You mist send a request through their website in which they promise to respond within two hours. Its now 10 hours later and I'm still waiting. Utterly disappointed. I don't even know what to do or where I can go. PATHETIC
