Refusing to replace broken product between CT and Courier Guy.
Poor Service, Ordered product Tuesday and was advised delivery to take place Wednesday, needless to say it only arrived Friday afternoon "backlogged". Item ordered was broken glass everywhere and what a mission to get a refund or new item sent back as they need to first "investigate" with the courier company before anything takes place. Will never use them or suggest anyone to.

Scam alert!
Do not order from this company! You have to pay with your order but you will never see your product, and dont even bother to try and contact them.....they ignore all communication and have no contact nr's. It's been a month with several attempts from me to contact them but to no avail.

They don't respond to emails
I have ordered a product 14 September 2018, I have not received the package, and tried to find out why the delay through email, with no responce, they also don't have a contact number to get hold of them. This is very suspicious?

I placed an order and paid R550 on 28 June 2018. After several email attempts and online requests I have to this day not received my order or any communication from this company!!!! I demand a refund ASAP! Please send your contact details as I would like to speak to the owner or any management at this company. Clearly you have no intention of speakig to your clients due to the fact that you do not have any contact details anywhere!!!

FALSE ADVERTISING and BAD SERVICE
I placed an order with them on Wednesday the 5th of September and on my chart there was a count down that said "order in the next 3 hours and receive your item tomorrow". So I checked out instantly and made an immediate payment FNB to FNB. This was 12:30pm. It is now the 7th And I've heard nothing about my order yet. They have no number or email that you can contact them on! You mist send a request through their website in which they promise to respond within two hours. Its now 10 hours later and I'm still waiting. Utterly disappointed. I don't even know what to do or where I can go. PATHETIC

I must withdraw my review I placed this morning as my product has been delivered. Thank you Melanotan ZA. I still feel that you should converse with your customers and add a telephone number or contacting email on your website

Do not order from these guys!!!
These guys steal from you! You place your order, make payment and then they disappear. No contact telephone number on the website. Should have been an indication!! I am going to open a case at the police as it seems as if this is not the first time. See reviews under Melano tan South Africa as well.
