Constant spamming phone calls after the 100 or so times i have told them to never contact me again
I bought a bed a few years back from them, the bed sagged and after months we got it replaced finally after going weekly to complaint to the manager and then that manager left etc etc. Then i closed my account and told them due to bad service i will never buy from them again. I get calls almost weekly from different numbers from them. i block every time but then they have another one and the last person i told to put me on a do not contact list doesnt do it. they still call. I am furious and now i am reporting them for spamming its too much now...

Harassing once a week by sales consultants
<p>I bought a bed through Lewis and have been phone once or twice I week since I took out the contract. even though I have told them I am not interested in buying anything else the first few times as well as going into the store to complain and complaining to the head office they won't stop. I have blocked all 4 of their numbers on my phone now and can't wait till the bed is paid off so I can have nothing to do with them ever again. this is pathetic service and I am horrified by the staff who work here and the management who do not enforce their staff to not contact clients who are already ****ed off. </p>
