Debiting my account more than the pre paid amount I signed for Closed my ***** case without even contacting me. Since Linda in clearwater mall has dealt with my account I all of a sudden have addional charges every month prior never had a problem hence they logged a ***** case but Noone bothered to contact me and now it's successfully closed sounds like an inside job of ******ion been battling since 11/07/204 6months already.
Takes 2 days after payment to come out and technician needs to be advised how to do his job and what to look for. Then Replaces DOS but does not put it in correctly, takes a week for another technician after daily calls to come put the DOS in properly. Reminder still have the same problem. Call in and get told he will pay me back or take the gate in for free after i told him yesturday the motor is under warrenty so i do not post a bad review on Hello peter. O AND 24HR I called at 8pm to get the problem sorted and was told no someone will come out tomorrow - Needless to say that someone only came out on Tuesday this was Logged the Thursday before. They were going to come but one in Kempton one in 4ways, then stuck in traffic for over 4 hours on Gilloies. I work for a high profile family and the service from this company is beyond ****!!! Management is ****!!! Turn around time is ****!!! you pay for unexperienced technicians that cant even fault find just assumes. I am still sitting with the same problem and R1200 down...
Your service socks been awaiting a phone call since 07 September as per whatsapp messages and nothing, you can't even show the debit order correctly and now you just cancel membership without permission.
My account was double debited after I called in as my account was not debited. I woke up this morning to a double debit. I want my money back as soon as possible i do not budget on being debited twice!!!!!!!!
Poor Service, Ordered product Tuesday and was advised delivery to take place Wednesday, needless to say it only arrived Friday afternoon "backlogged". Item ordered was broken glass everywhere and what a mission to get a refund or new item sent back as they need to first "investigate" with the courier company before anything takes place. Will never use them or suggest anyone to.
