No service/response

This company is the worst domain hosting company ever. They do not reply to emails or telephone calls. I needed an urgent assist to take down a page from my website earlier this year, I was at threat of legal action and it took them 4 weeks to respond. Following this, I cancelled my account with them 6 months ago and they are still deducting my debit order!!!
