Disappointing Debonairs
Where do I begin? I've experienced consistently terrible service from a number of Debonairs branches. The last straw was when I ordered a pizza from Vorna Valley Midway Mews and it took an hour and a half for my pizza to be delivered. When it did arrive it was cold and tough and no one apologized for the terrible service instead some man shouted at me over the phone while I remained calm trying to figure out what took so long. I was highly disappointed and this was my last time ordering from Debonairs ever.

Pasta too creamy
I ordered a creamy mushroom pasta and paid extra for gnocchi. There was so much cream and not enough mushroom or gnocchi. The pasta was certainly overcooked and far from Al dente. An overall disappointing food experience.

Royal Punjab Flavourless Channa Masala
I ordered a Channa Masala and garlic naan and boy was I disappointed. The curry has spilt over while on its way to me and made a huge mess. The chickpeas in the curry were crunchy and undercooked and the general flavour was underwhelming. The garlic naan was tough to eat and not the least bit enjoyable.
