We've only had the car for 4 days, the car locked and wont open even with the manual key We obviously called these monkeys to explain but all they could say was they sold us the car as is. Never again!!!
Nedbank's customer service is disgusting, I waited for over an hour just to be served at their Maponya mall branch just to setup my online banking. I got home tried to login with no succes. I called their call center for help and was left hanging by an Indian lady for over 30min. I seriously regretting my decisions about my investments with them. I am honestly considering moving my investments somewhere else. The standard has dropped drastically it's disgusting
These people don't know what they are doing. They first misled on a sale for an Explora 2. I complained of course thereafter, they apologized and offered that I can either cancel or get compensated with an Explora 1. I agreed to the compensation they told me it was dispatched on the 29th Aug. till today I have not received it. I called them this morning to follow up and got a shocking service from Sandile totally rude and has no telephone etiquette. I have never spoken to a manager each time to they make you hold till the phone cuts off. I wish Multichoice would use another company and not these amateurs, never in my life had I called and followed up so much. I wanted to refer my sister but due to the service received - no way am totally disgusted.
