Bunch of liers promised to pay our depot back into our account after checking in the rental within 72 hrs. Now been over 2 weeks and still waiting. Will never use this company again.

WARNING.. Useless products and customer service
WARNING...Brought a brand new Alva gas water heater paid a fortune to get a plumber and a certified gas installer ..does not work ..phone Alva head office in Cape town wait a mess...wanted coc before sending out a tech on a brand new water heater... dismantled and taking it back and by a different brand...Alva equipment and staff are useless..never will use them again..anyone with a brain will stay far away.

WARNING..SCAM
WARNING this place is a scam. They take your money motor breaks within 3 months now they say out of guarantee.But been on site over four time to fix the problem.No one phone you back or follows up..please use a alternative company ..Would give them 0 star.. scammers
