This is not the 1st time I deal with Bianca, and once again she has proved that she is one of the best Claims Consultants at Discovery. I have been trying to cancel a HOC Policy for a client since 21 July 2023 (reference number 28295597) and I follow up every couple of days, but no one has even acknowledge any of my emails. I send it to Complaints as well on 1 August 2023 and not even them got back to me. What am I to do? This is such bad service. Very upset about this. Regards Elnita Bruwer
They have the worst customer service people working there. I have been struggling for 3 weeks now to get my service reconnected and nothing is happening. I can receive calls, but cannot phone out or send sms's. I keep sending emails, get responses that it has been fixed, but it is not.
