I recently had a claim, and Bianca Plaatjies was the Claims Consultant. This is not the 1st time I deal with Bianca, and once again she has proved that she is one of the best Claims Consultants at Discovery. She is efficient, professional and went out of her way to settle the claim. 3 Hours from registration to finalizing it!!! Well done, Bianca. Always a pleasure dealing with you.
What a pleasure dealing with Faber Coachworks Somerset West. The staff was friendly, efficient and professional. The manager, Paul, was kind and professional and treated me with empathy and respect. I will go back to them every time.

I have been trying to cancel a HOC Policy for a client since 21 July 2023 (reference number 28295597) and I follow up every couple of days, but no one has even acknowledge any of my emails. I send it to Complaints as well on 1 August 2023 and not even them got back to me. What am I to do? This is such bad service. Very upset about this. Regards Elnita Bruwer
They have the worst customer service people working there. I have been struggling for 3 weeks now to get my service reconnected and nothing is happening. I can receive calls, but cannot phone out or send sms's. I keep sending emails, get responses that it has been fixed, but it is not.
JP JANSEN VAN VUUREN - 803 BROOKDALE, SOMERSET LAKES I am very disappointed in the service we got from Lelani De Wet. It took 3 weeks to get my aunt's fibre sorted out. I contacted Lelani on 17/5/2023 (this after she was contacted and emailed on numerous times by my aunt, as well as IT guys I arranged to assist my aunt). I kept telling her that there is something wrong with the fibre, and she kept saying "all the lights are green so the problem is not with Route Networks, but Afrihost. I begged her to get back to me, which she never did. On 18/5/2023 my aunt went into the Admin Office of Brookdale and after bursting into tears, they phoned Lelani and told her that this needs to be sorted out immediately. Again she came with the remarks of Afrihost. Eventually after phoning my aunt and telling her that they would send out a Technician today at 9:00 to see what the issue is. Only 10min later she phoned back and said the Technician had a look remotely and fixed the issue, which means it was a fibre issue all along. This entire drama took 3 weeks and my poor aunt was so traumatized. She is 75 years old and was close to a nervous breakdown. If Lelani did what I asked her to do on Wednesday and listened to the me regarding it being a firbre issue,. this could have been sorted out on Wednesday. I am appalled to see that a Company employs someone that is so inefficient in assisting clients. This is not a good reflection on your company. I trust you will take urgent action.
