I received a WhatsApp update on the progress of the repair everyday. The repair is perfect. In addition I was given a guarantee on the repairs carried out. Auto magic assigned Farber Coachworks Somerset West as the repairers to my vehicle after an insurance claim. After a couple of weeks. I was told to collect the car as they were done.... Immediately as I see my car, in plain sight, I can see there's paint flaked off where they 'repaired' the vehicle. So, there was no internal inspection on the repair work... They had not ordered the badge that was on my door either. So the manager promises that when the badge arrives, they will call me to come in and they will repair their shoddy work and put the badge on. That was over a month ago, I've never heard a word back from them, after sending multiple messages which were ignored by Wakita and Paul. I called The manager Paul, who tells me he saw my messages, but figured someone else would reply to me. My badge was never ordered, and they never intended on fixing their sub par repair work. I would attach pics if I could. Be wary of them.

My vehicle was involved in a accident on the 7th of February 2026. Farber coach works Somerset. West still can not give me an expected time of completion. This is a brand new Chery Tiggo Pro 4 which I had for 2 months prior to the accident . Each time I asked why there is such a delay I was told they are waiting for parts ,but they can not tell me when or why. They said they were waiting on parts and I called the Chery parts supplier . They claimed the reason was the Chery warehouse was busy with stocktake for 2 weeks . Farber Coachworks could not provide this information. After I spoke to their supplier it was delivered 3 days later . They delayed placing my order . They do not communicate if there is a problem . Do not let your insurance use them. I am still waiting for my car .

If I could do 0 stars I would This is THE WORST place you could take your car. They are *******. My car was sent to Farber by my insurance. They got paid for parts that they never fitted on my vehicle. They were quoted on New parts and fitted second hand parts. The paint was cracking 2 days later. The new parts they had to fit they didn't... serial numbers scratched off parts??? Loose *****s. Parts not aligned, so bad that I had difficulty shifting gears. The manager is a bully, chased me off his premises. Stole my LEDs. First they said it blew. Then they said the vehicle came without it, then they said the towing company stole it. Can't stick to one kie. Absolutely disgusting. IF YOUR VEHICLE GETS SENT HERE, MAKE SURE YOU TAKE SOMEBODY THAT KNOWS CARS.
