I have previously registered and was able to access this online trading platform. However, for whatever reason I now cannot access this platform. I receive an sms telling me to contact their call center to activate my account. This activation was already done a long time ago. Nevertheless I call their call center. and after waiting and going through all their options, only to have the call cut off. This occurred more than once. This is so frustrating. I never have these issues with other trading platforms.
My 1st online order was delivered from Pick n Pay with a missing item. I noted this missing item on the order form that the delivery person requested I sign. The next I logged a query on the pick n pay website. I received no response. I tried calling their call centre. On 2 occasions after waiting for quite a while, the call got cut. I then went into the Pick n Pay nearest to me. Staff at the store was kind enough to make the call to their call centre, and after having spoken to an agent, I was assured that I would receive a response. Until today, I have had no response what so ever. This is the ****piest service ever from an online store. I ordered Addis containers that was delivered with one less lid.
