Velocity Trade Never Allows You to take out your money
I recently had a terrible experience with this **** broker that cost me a lot of money. Fortunately, I was able to turn to Spacetel-capital for help. They were extremely helpful in getting my money back and preventing me from further losses. Their customer service team was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and their procedures were straightforward and efficient.

Velocity Trade Never Allows You to take out your money

Avoid them
Forget about them, they are deadly and dangerous after putting $89k in and it all accumulated to $129 I tried withdrawing & I was denied access I contacted hypercapitalltd and to my surprise they were able to get me my lost fund back

Sorry to say but you already know the truth and you’re in denial. You’re not the first one I’ve seen complaining about this company but don’t worry, there’s still hope. If you still have any receipts of payments and interactions with these guys, keep it close. You’ll need it to be able to get back your money, Reach out to the guys at S K Y LINE - RE C O VERY COM and they’ll make sure you get back everything you lost

When I registered I was able to access this online trading platform. However after I made several deposits totalling a million Rands, for whatever reason I now cannot access this platform. I receive an sms telling me to contact their call center to activate my account. This activation was already done a long time ago. Nevertheless I call their call center. and after waiting and going through all their options, only to have the call cut off. Then I decided to use professional service, assetsrepo dot com came in and they got back all my money for me within a few days. Stay away from Velocity.

Xchange Investment Training (Pty) Ltd scaming vulnerable people
i have been registered with Xchange investment training (Pty) Ltd trading under Velocity Trade Financial Services (Pty) Ltd and since february until today i have been waiting for a software package which i'm paying for on a monthly basis and haven't received it. When i was approached they told me that they are selling me a trading software which will be mine and i will use it anyhow i want not knowing that they are selling me a software i can download from Google Play Store. When i ask them about the software which was promised they take me up and down and one of their employees told me to download it last time when i quiry about it. This people approach other individuals in the name of selling a sofware which you can use to trade with and you will find later that they are selling their trading software which one can just download it freely. Have been waiting for a software which i'm paying for on a monthly basis and no one seems to care as i have been referred to almost the whole department, even their managers keep on saying they will call be back but nothing happens.

We also registered and were never able to trade. The account does not work and nobody is helping us to access the account.

Cannot Access Trading Platform
