Xchange Investment Training (Pty) Ltd scaming vulnerable people

i have been registered with Xchange investment training (Pty) Ltd trading under Velocity Trade Financial Services (Pty) Ltd and since february until today i have been waiting for a software package which i'm paying for on a monthly basis and haven't received it. When i was approached they told me that they are selling me a trading software which will be mine and i will use it anyhow i want not knowing that they are selling me a software i can download from Google Play Store. When i ask them about the software which was promised they take me up and down and one of their employees told me to download it last time when i quiry about it. This people approach other individuals in the name of selling a sofware which you can use to trade with and you will find later that they are selling their trading software which one can just download it freely. Have been waiting for a software which i'm paying for on a monthly basis and no one seems to care as i have been referred to almost the whole department, even their managers keep on saying they will call be back but nothing happens.
