Customer service is truly pathetic. Apart from a sales callcentre that always handles (sales-only) calles immediately, the only real support channel is a Whatsapp chatbot with hidden menus to access real humans. When I required human assistance, it took 20 hours for a human to actually respond on the Whatsapp support ticket. Other issues: invoice line items are not detailed, my first invoice was a lump sum that was higher than my monthly subscription was supposed to be. Why? I have no idea, the invoice doesn't say. Also, when I signed up, there was a special discount for the first three months, but that discount was never applied to my first three invoices. This is a truly awful company to deal with.
