3 day since i sent my cancellation request and no one has bothered to contact or acknowledge my email. Everytime i call im being told that the matter eill be escalated and that accounts department is very busy. Funny part is that when i wanted to sign up they were quick to assist and even pressuring me to make payment. Besides my reasons for cancelling they proved to be the worst service providers. I need my money my son only used it for a day and cancellation sent on day 3. One teacher had a 45 min class but only taught the lesson for less than 20 min, getting hold of admin is a hustle emails are being ignored, they dont explain to new people how the home schooling works and how dbe works, im just disappointed. I dont know they are delaying the process so i dont get my refund. I need my money cambrilearn
my payment date is the 15th i wanted to change it n i was told its too late n that if i dont pay on the 15th i will be disconnected. I paid. Automatically thinking since the payment date wasnt changed then it means payment is the 15th. Then yesterday we got disconnected n when i ask they say i didnt pay for june n aug. I send proof of payment n it appears that my ref number was incorrect, its ok they can fix that right? Thats what i thought. I then ask them to reconnect me since i sent proof n that since payment is due on the 15th of aug for aug then it will be paid on the day. They say no they cant reconnect me since the money is due. Njani coz they never changed the payment date. Then they send me an sms to say that my account has been handed over to their lawyers n i should hand in their drvice. Njani when i do not owe? Ive handed over my case to the lawyers but i wanted to send it through again to your complains department. What they are doing is not fair plus your consultant are rude and dont know knowledge about customer service,its like illiterate hobos were taken from the street and given jobs when the dont have any customer service training or experience. The fact that theres a contract inplace doesnt mean a thing. It was better if they said i did miss my payment date but to be disconnected before payment date is bull. I bought a car from we buy cars midrand. A Hyundai i20 for R86 600,00. The only problem i was told about the car was that the headlight fell off n has to be fixed and tht the airbag light was on. Otherwise there was no other problem. I bought it for my mom. The following day it couldnt start. I reported it to tebogo sales person. He said we should jump start. We dd that and i was able to drive it to mafikeng to my mom. When we got there she drove it for two days the third day it didnt start. She replaced the battery with a new one. It still didnt want to start. I reported it to tebogo again this was the second week after buying. He told me to complain on the website. Ann kotze told me to google the nearest centre for a diagnosis, without giving me any other information as to which documents to take n who will cover the cost. I kept asking so many times n still no help from her. I called tebogo. He asked his manager ruan to speak to me. He told me to get the servuce centre to send an invoice after that he was not willing to assist me since I couldn’t find a tow truck. Im now left with a car thats not working and its not yet registered in my name no one is willing to help me. We buy cars staff will be friendly and helpful when they want your money. Three weeks complaining still no help. Worst service ever. I want my money back from those scammers
I paid almost 8k every month for 5 months amounting to 31k before cancelling my medical aid.Savings allocated to me was 21k for classic saver. I do not understand how i owe you. You are the one owing me.31 minus 21 is 10.. you owe me 10k. Reason why I cancelled was due to affordability now you want me to pay 13k ,the money i dont even have and i was not even told about this when I joined or when I cancelled the medical aid. Can you return all the money i paid this year then i will pay for the medical claims you paid. Otherwise bring back my money and take your 21k from the 31k. I feel like you want to scam me because organisations like you are money making scammer who want to suck people who work hard for their monies dry. Sanlam is the worst service provider, Invested my money and I'm faced with some financial difficulties and I'm about to be homeless but they do not give a damn. I've reported them to all the relevant department but all they saying is that they will do an investigation. Investigation for what because all you should be doing is to pay me back if it means having to cancel the investment plan then let it be, my rent is due and I'm about to be kicked out yet I have money that I can't access because of sanlams stupid investigation. They don't even see the urgency of the matter. Sanlam you sucks and I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with you. You are a disgrace
I have an investment plan with sanlam sky and I made a withdrawal in may 2018. I wanted to withdraw some of my money since I'm faced with some financial difficulties and I could even be homeless if I don't get the money but I was told by their consultant that I can't withdraw more than once in 5 years and that even if I cancel I will not get my money I will only get it after 5 years. I wasnt told that when I joined otherwise I wouldn't have saved my money with them. I hv an investment with old mutual and i once had to withdraw the money more than once with old mutual to pay for my sisters school fees and all I had to do was to pay penalty fees, now what sanam so telling me is bull , I want my money I will not wait five years for my hard earned money that I need urgently .I will not. I want my money or else I will sue you for all the stress you causing me I'm about to be homeless for heaven sake and you telling me to wait five years? I have rights incase you forgot
Capitec is the worst bank ever and I regret the day I open that stupid account.infact it shouldn’t even be called a bank at all they are so unprofessional. They failed to do a simple thing. I settled my loan and it’s been 9 days now and they haven’t updated that information on their system and to change my balance to zero since I don’t owe them anything.i was told that I have to escalate my complain to ccs department and after all the proofs and emails I’ve sent. They still giving me the runarounds. They so incompetent. A simple thing takes forever to resolve. I will close all the accounts I have with them. They don’t know how to do business Shem they suck.
My lemorgan account was handed over to asili risk management and through them I settled that account and I got a paid up letter. That was back in December 2017 and since then they haven’t sent my information and proof of payment to lemorgan so it could be updated. So currently my negative balance is there and it’s even affecting my credit score. I called lemorgan and they told me to communicate with asili risk management and I did, I was helped by a lady called nomhle xulu and when I email her she ignores my emails and when I call her she just says she will deal with it but never does. I’m frustrated I don’t know who turn to for help since I paid my debt but they Don’t want to clear my name. I called lemorgan head office and told me to call sihle from asili and like nonhle xulu she top said she will deal with my issue but she hasn’t all the di is to make empty promises, asili risk management is the worst company to do business with
Please clear my name as my account is paid up. I was handed over and I got a settlement offer and I paid it off now I just want Capitec to clear my name as credit bureau will not update my credit report if Capitec still says I owe them. I submitted the paid up letter as well as proof of payment to ccs Enquiries credit management department. Instead of simply updating my status they telling me that I have to get back to the ppl I was handed over to and ask them to update it , whereas they attorneys paid the money to ten on the 25/10/2018. It didn’t have to come to this but being sent back and forth between the gvd attorney and ccs enquireries is frustrating all I want is for my name to be cleared so that my credit profile can be updated with the credit bureaus. My status was supposed to to updated immediately after the payment and proof was submitted to them on the 25/10/2018
I have resigned in July 2018submitted all the required documents for my pension fund payout before July 2018 . Since Early September till today I’ve been calling gpfs just to check how far my application was, and everytime I call they telling me that My application is with the finance department and they waiting for directive from sars. This is the song they’ve been singing ever since and today I called sars to check if they indeed received the directive and sars said they haven’t received anything from gpfs because everytime they get a directive it will b updated on their system and mine was not there to show that they haven’t received anything. I’m really disappointed because every week I’ve been calling and I’ve been given the same answer and that I should keep phoning to check and I don’t see any progress. All I need to know it’s whats happening? What’s causing the delay and when am I gonna get paid? I need answers
