This company has the habit of making flase claims and accusations. I was contacted by this company regarding my tv license which had gotten behind (I confess, I forgot about it and let it slip, my bad). An arrangement was made, which I kept to, sending proof of payment to both Aaili and the SABC. Clearly the two parties aren't communicating with each other, as Asili keeps contacting me and claims that I broke the arrangement. This is unacceptable as they are in fact breaking the arrangement by making false claims and accusations. Defamation is a rather serious situation to make oneself guilty of. I won't be paying one sent more as I kept to my part of the arrangement. Now they should contact their client and communicate properly. I kept to my part of the deal, now they and their client should keep to theirs.

I received a call in May around the 26th regarding a payment arrangement for my tv licence an agreement of R100 will be paid until the full amount is settled being R318. To date I have stuck to my end of the agreement I even received an sms stating in May 28th after I paid my first R100 that R218 is the balance outstanding. I paid up my last R118 this month only to get a response from PAM stating there was no proof of payment that I had to pay R242. The same person I have told that I dont get her attachment on my emails and I sent proof of payment so HOW IS IT THAT IM STILL OWING???? I called in and GUESS WHAT?! I OWE R124 which could be because I paid on the 28th and not the 27th!!! I emailed PAM and received a GENERIC RESPONSE TO PAY R242 with no proof of why two different mounts or where it states that payment must be on the 27th??? seeing as though my money reflected in the evening I was suppose to drop what I was doing and make payment????? There is no agreement on this and as per my sms I was owing R318 which has been PAID. I want this issue sorted out immediately as I find this very fraudulent and breach of agreement. That your staff chooses to IGNORE.

My mother of 91 years old account nr 108225533 received a message that she is owing the SABC R 125.00 for a TV license. Except for the fact that that she is 91 years old she is also in a fragile care center and have not been in a possession of a TV for the last three years. This is corruption at its best at all time, this company is just as corrupt as the SABC itself, and looks like they need to have R 125.00 to pay there bills. I don't care if they are just acting on behalf of the SABC but if you do call them they advise you that you have to first settle the account then they can close it, the call centre agent also refuse to put you through to some one who can assist you. I am not going to pay this money they can write it off and I also await a call from a responsible senior person in the company to get in contact with me on 084 200 2041. Be sure that I will not pay this amount. You are beyond corrupt.

I keep getting emails from these folks with regard to non-payment of a TV licence. I gave repeatedly mailed them to say that the account in question was my mother's - she passed away a year ago and did not have a television for several years before that. Asili are paying no attention to my emails and send me the same mail every month-end.

For over 5 years I have regularly advised SABC that I no longer own a TV and therefore do not need to pay for a TV licence. To no avail! This year SABC handed me over to Asili Risk Management. Despite writing to them 3 times, they just keep sending me an outstanding balance notification, threatening me with legal action. They have never acknowledged receipt of my emails telling them I have not owned a TV in over 5 years. This is extremely frustrating!

I would like to report one of the rudest manager I've ever dealt with. I have never felt so insulted as I spoke to Walter Tyepile who is the call centre manager at Asili. The guy is very rude to clients and doesn't really care much. Hid listening s****s are very bad and he really lacks managerial s****s and I dnt even think he is qualified to be a manager. There are lots people who are qualified for this job because he does not take it very seriously and the company will loose its reputation if they don't do something about this guy and I see there's quiet a few complaints about this Walter guy. He is very rude and does not deserve to be in management.
