You advertise services on your website that you are unable to deliver. You specifically advertise garage door motor installation in Port Elizabeth knowing that you don't have it available. I will have to run this by the consumer ombudsman or something similar.
When my son turned 18, Nedbank decided to add Greenbacks deduction to his account without any notice or explanation. After too many phone calls, waiting in the queue at the branch and emails Nedbank admitted that they made a mistake. They cancelled the monthly deduction and promised a refund. Last response from Shelly Rittmuller on 13 September 2022 - she is still waiting for someone to calculate the amount before she can do the refund. And then I hear the Nedbank advert on the radio.... So we learn. Please sort this out!
It has been more than 3 years now that I have tried to stop SPAM calls from Seesa. This is a very basic request! My very basic understanding of the law is that you have to stop your nuisance calls when I ask you to. Evert Kleynhans - we cancelled our contract with Seesa because of the Spam calls
On Friday 3 June I bought a phone cover from your shop in Summerstrand PE. The cover was broken, which I realised as I removed it from the package. I drove back to your shop the following morning and was told that there is a "No refund" policy in place - even for broken items. I was told to come back on Tuesday or drive to Bay West to collect a replacement. I received a call on Monday to collect replacement from your Summerstrand shop. This second cover was also broken. I was again refused a refund. (Brandon) Brandon then offered to get a cover from a different manufacturer. We returned to your shop on the 8th after a phonecall and when we arrived at your shop Brandon was not available and we were told to pay an extra R250 for the 3rd cover. I refused as Brandon made no mention of the extra cost. Please quote the paragraph from the Consumer Protection Act that enables you to refuse a refund on an item that was "faulty out the box". We now have a broken cover and no word from your shop. I'm surprised that your shop thinks I can drive up and down every time they tell me to. You still have my money and I still have a broken phone cover.
Illegal spam emails and no way to stop it. By law there should be an "opt out" or "unsubscribe" option.
I need to understand how you let AIG take money from my account. Do you allow anyone to take what they want? They do not have any authorisation/permission, but you let them help themselves to my money. Please send me the documents or recordings where I give permission. I am assuming that you need some sort of approval from the account holder?? Surely you don't just allow people to take as they please. This is shocking!
AIG took money from my bank account without authorisation. I didn't know this is possible, but I'm sure you have an excuse. I need the recording, documentation where I gave you permission to take my money.
My insurance policy was cancelled without warning. I realised this when my geyser burst a few days ago. I was told that you sent an email in March 2021, but I can't find it. When I asked for proof that the email was sent, all correspondence stopped. Please remember that the onus is on you to provide proof that you sent it. Sumeshan Govender - AIG FNOL Team Manager, no longer responds to my wife's emails.
